BOURBON BERRY ALE
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Yellowstone Bourbon
- .5 ounce strawberry puree
- Squeeze of lime
- 4 ounces ginger ale
- Strawberry slice and lime wheel for garnish
Directions
Add Yellowstone Bourbon, strawberry puree, and lime juice to a cocktail tin filled with ice. Shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a strawberry slice and lime wheel.

MOTHER OF DRAGONS
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Bowling & Burch New World Gin
- 1 ounce green tea syrup
- 1 ounce coconut water
- .75 ounce lemon juice
- Lemon twist for garnish
Directions
Green tea syrup: Bring 2 green tea bags, 12 ounces of water, and 12 ounces of sugar to a boil in a saucepan.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin filled with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

BRAMBLE ALE
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Minor Case Rye
- .25 ounce simple syrup
- .25 ounce lemon juice
- 4 ounces ginger ale
- 3 to 5 blackberries
- Lemon wheel and blackberry for garnish
Directions
Muddle blackberries in the bottom of a cocktail tin. Add ice, Minor Case Rye, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake and then strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a lemon wheel and blackberry.
